Last night I was sitting on the sofa and Siada was savaging what was left of a roll of paper towels next to me. She got up and moved to sit on her papa's belly, and I shifted position, only to feel a stabbing pain in my thigh. I started feeling around in a panic thinking one of my sewing pins had gotten embedded in the cushion, only to discover I had been stabbed by a dislodged baby tooth. Fortunately, that also gave me a clear explanation for the panic-inducing spot of blood I also found on the paper towels. I noticed around August 4th that Siada had two sets of fangs on both the top and the bottom of her mouth. Her adult teeth were coming in and pushing up along side the baby teeth. By 8/11 she had lost both of the bottom baby-fangs. On 8/20 I checked the top teeth, and she still double fangs, when I looked again on 8/21 (her 5 month birthday) she had lost both of the small ones. My little baby is growing up!
